Helmets are mandatory for all Stages 1-5 inclusive. They are also mandatory
for Ice Breakers. No bike helmets!
Skaters coming on the ice with bike helmets will not be allowed to participate in the
session that day and will not have the opportunity to make up the missed class.
Wrist guards are highly recommended for adult skaters.
