Withdrawals from programs made less than 7 days prior to the program start date, up to and including the first lesson or ice time will be subject to a $70 administration charge.

Program fees will be refunded on a prorated basis (less 20% administrative fee) and only with a medical certificate. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Recreational Administrator, Becky Ackerman. Refunds will be prorated upon receipt of written notice

The Skate Canada annual membership fee is non-refundable once you have submitted your application form.

The Bedford Skating Club (BSC) reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrolment. If HRM closes the Lebrun rink due to unforseen circumstances (weather, power outage, etc.) the BSC is not responsible for making up the missed session

A $25.00 fee will be charged on all NSF cheques.
