  • Dress/outfit rental - event

    This is the sign-out form and details for rental of the Bedford Skating Club owned dresses. 

     
    Details
    1. Dresses/outfits can be rented at $10/Assessment Day or Competition and/or $50/season. A season is Sept.1-Mar.31 for competitions and Dec.1-June 31. Any competitions and/or Assessment Days that begin within that time period count. Requests for extensions can be sent to bedfordskatingclub@hotmail.com
    2. This form must be completed prior to the dress/outfits being taken by the skater
    Responsibilities
    1. Dresses/outfits must be cleaned according to the cleaning document that goes out with the dress/outfit
    2. No alterations can be made to the dress/outfit without club approval
    3. Significant damage and/or lost garments will be subject to a replacement fee to be determined by the Bedford Skating Club Board of Directors based on the perceived value of the garment at the time of damage/loss. Things like age, frequency of usage, typical cost of similar garments, and quality of garment at time of rental will be considered to determine the replacement cost
